Levon KLevon is a weaver based in Detroit working the narrative threads of costume, artifact, ritual, and installation into stories about possible worlds and potential futures. Their current work channels the world of Azadistan out of the Armenian diasporic imaginary toward the forthcoming graphic novel Portal Fire. With a BFA in Fiber from the College for Creative Studies and a BA in Anthropology from Wayne State University, Kafafian shares their expertise through workshops and lectures across the U.S., and has exhibited widely, receiving numerous grants and awards. They co-lead Shaded Knot, a science fiction/fantasy storytelling project.

David Edward Parker, an abstract artist from Troy, Michigan, holds an MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art (2010) and a BFA from Wayne State University (2008). His works have been showcased nationally, including exhibitions at the Contemporary Art Institute of Detroit and Manifest Gallery. Parker's dynamic creations explore themes of domesticity and urban life, with influences ranging from Detroit's avant-garde scene to international showcases like Imago Mundi in Venice, Italy.
