Our on-site, professional management staff is always available to oversee building promotions, operations and maintenance. Our commitment to our showrooms is unparalleled in the industry and our number one priority is to react quickly and efficiently to meet the needs of our showrooms and design clientele alike.

DESIGN CONNECTION
Design Connection is a special program created by Michigan Design Center to help consumers learn more about the design process and all that MDC has to offer. Design Connection provides consumers with a free one-hour no obligation design consultation, with a professional interior designer, on-site at MDC. This complimentary hour gives consumers a sense of the many ways a designer can assist them with their decorating and remodeling projects and, it introduces consumers to all of the resources available at Michigan Design Center. Currently celebrating its ninth year of success, Design Connection generates over $2.5 million dollars in new business each year for MDC showrooms.

SPLENDID PLATES CAFÉ
Located in the central lobby of our building, Splendid Plates is a garden-style restaurant featuring soup, salads, sandwiches and entrees. Open Monday through Friday, Splendid Plates provides a relaxed atmosphere for designers to unwind with a cup of coffee or enjoy lunch with clients. Table dining and carryout service is available.
