For over 30 years, Michigan Design Center has been serving over 3,500+ designers, architects and builders throughout Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Northern Kentucky and Ontario, Canada. Our 215,000 square foot, single-story facility is home to 35+ showrooms and more than 1,000 manufacturers.

National tenants such as Baker Knapp & Tubbs, Brunschwig & Fils, Stark Carpet / Stark Fabric / Stark Wallcovering, Robert Allen | Beacon Hill, Ann Sacks Tile & Stone, F. Schumacher & Co., Henredon Interior Design Showroom and Kravet / Lee Jofa Fabrics have maintained anchor positions within our building and are supported by a number of locally owned businesses, representing kitchens, tile, rugs, fabrics, home furnishings, lighting and artwork.

MDC's showrooms are among the most profitable in the country due to high sales volumes with very reasonable rental and operating costs. Many of MDC's showrooms have been operating for over 20 years while growing and expanding upon their original showroom space – a testament to the opportunity and success that exists in our market.

Our unique complex is further supported by an impressive marketing and advertising strategy that includes an array of industry and consumer events, created specifically to enhance our position as the area's premier resource for design.

We are owned and operated by Danto Investment Company, original developer of Design Center of the Americas (DCOTA) in Dania, Florida as well as many other premier properties.
